Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of order processing systems and basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serve Safe certified.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in profitable operations and cost control.
• Oversee front counter to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach employees; participate in hiring and development.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits; follow cash procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional restaurant image and conditions.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by the RM.
• Coordinate operations to ensure ingredients and equipment are in place.
