Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and assist customers.
• Train and coach employees in courteous service and handling complaints.
• Assist in maintaining sales levels and local store marketing.
• Manage cash control and daily bank deposits following procedures.
• Maintain safety and health standards and promote clean appearance.
• Assist in hiring and developing team members; document disciplinary actions.
• Participate in meetings with GM or Area Coach for planning and training.
