Job summary

Taco Bell in Houston is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding a team to deliver fast, friendly, safe service.

You’ll take ownership to solve problems with a positive attitude, ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability while serving safe, quality food.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, and lift/carry trash.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for most of the shift.
