Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and leadership in our Illinois/Denver area locations. You will help manage shifts, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure adherence to Taco Bell standards for service and quality.

In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead the team, monitor health and safety, and participate in recruiting and developing Team Members and Shift Leads to maintain excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties.
• In the absence of the RGM, provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Assist with facility maintenance, finding and developing Team Members and Shift Leads and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
