Job summary

Taco Bell franchise in Wheaton, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, handling administrative duties, and ensuring service meets Taco Bell standards.

In the RGM's absence, you provide leadership to keep operations running smoothly, supervise Team Members, Trainers and Shift Leads, assist with facility maintenance, hiring and safety compliance, and help resolve customer concerns with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties.
• In the absence of the RGM, provide leadership to ensure restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Lead Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads to complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Providing feedback to restaurant team members in a positive manner.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
• Reading and understanding reports and responding appropriately to solve problems.
