Job summary

Taco Bell in Deerfield, IL is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing great shift execution and handling administrative duties. You will lead Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads to ensure friendly, safe, and quality food service in line with Taco Bell standards.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the RGM, provide leadership to ensure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
