Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, administrative tasks, and daily operations. You will assist with facility maintenance, hiring, and developing Team Members to uphold Taco Bell standards and ensure safe, friendly service.

In the absence of the RGM, you will provide decisive leadership and ensure policies are followed, reports are reviewed, and problems are addressed promptly to maintain high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts and handling administrative duties.
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads; ensure health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership in the RGM's absence to maintain Taco Bell standards and friendly, safe service.
• Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food with a smile.
