Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Directs shift-by-shift activities and performance of TEAM Members.
• Maintains adequate departmental inventory levels.
• Enforces safety, sanitation and company policies.
• Develops and coaches TEAM Members through training and evaluations.
