Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Michigan is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations and upholding company standards in guest service, product prep, and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.
• College graduate with a two or four year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or associated field.
• Successfully demonstrated all required training associated with Management training.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operation and guest service to company standards.
• Schedules TEAM Members to meet sales demands and ensure coverage.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and inventory controls according to policy.
• Coaches TEAM Members and develops leadership through training and evaluations.
• Monitors cash handling and financial performance with GM oversight.
• Communicates effectively with management and staff to drive performance.
