Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains guest satisfaction by promoting prompt, friendly service.
• Oversees staffing, training, and development of team members.
• Controls costs, inventories, and cash handling procedures.
• Communicates with GM and management team on performance and issues.
• Develops and coaches Assistant Managers and staff for growth.
