Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking an experienced Manager to assist the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations. You will ensure adherence to company standards in product prep and delivery, guest service, maintenance, inventory, recruitment, training, and staff development while upholding the TSFR Roadmap and core values.

The role involves supervising hourly TEAM Members, driving guest satisfaction, managing safety, and maintaining financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.
• College graduate with a two- or four-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or related field.
• Successfully completed management training and ongoing development as outlined by the training department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Directs overall activities and performance of TEAM Members on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Promote a culture aligned with Vision/Mission/Core Values.
• Address guest complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain inventory and cost controls within department.
