Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Manager to assist the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in product prep, guest service, inventory, and financial controls. You will lead a TEAM of hourly staff, drive training, and champion the TSFR values and core purpose.

The role emphasizes staff development, shift leadership, cost control, and compliance with laws and company policies, while maintaining an exceptional guest

Qualifications

College degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or related field and leadership ability.
Prior management experience in a restaurant setting is required or preferred.
Demonstrated completion of required management training.

Responsibilities

Directs daily restaurant operations and service standards.
Manages shift performance of TEAM Members and schedules.
Maintains inventory, safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
Monitors guest experience and resolves issues promptly.
Oversees recruitment, training and development of staff.
Ensures adherence to company policies and cash handling procedures.
Collaborates with GM to drive sales and profitability.
Coordinates maintenance and ensures proper equipment operation.
