Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts by calling on top accounts and meeting clients.
• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed via department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards.
• Meet all financial review dates and corporate programs on time.
• Forecast monthly hotel finances and provide reforecasts.
• Oversee budget processes and ensure SOP compliance.
• Develop managers for advancement through training programs.
