Hardee's is seeking a General Manager in Topeka to lead a fast-paced restaurant and build high-performing teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff, control costs, and uphold quality standards. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in quick-service or fast-casual environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen including labor, budgeting, inventory, and P&L.
