WOB Bar & Kitchen in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly motivated Manager to oversee daily operations of the busy restaurant. You will drive sales, manage financial performance, and lead staff training and development to deliver world-class service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to train team members across stations. A Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days is required; flexible scheduling and bonus

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hospitality/food service management experience with sales growth.
• High standards for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Train new employees on station functions.
• Maintain knowledge of all bar stations and standards.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Focus on building sales and exceeding financial goals.
• Develop and grow WOB staff and operations quality.
• Ensure shift-to-shift execution meets standards.
