Job summary

WOB Bar & Kitchen in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items according to our recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver quality dishes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of kitchen experience, strong teamwork, and a food handler certification. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available as part of our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in varied kitchen positions (line cook, fry cook).
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to WOB recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment.
• Follow prep lists created by Kitchen management.
• Label and stock ingredients for easy access.
• Ensure proper storage of all food and station items.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
