Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in varied kitchen positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to WOB recipes and standards.
• Follow the prep list and label/stock ingredients.
• Set up stations with ingredients and equipment.
• Store food and station items properly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely prep.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
