Job summary

Sweet Lake Biscuits & Limeade is seeking an experienced General Manager to direct daily restaurant operations, supervise front and back of house teams, and drive performance. The GM will coach staff, set goals, and foster teamwork while communicating clear business objectives.

The role involves partnering with ownership, managing labor and COGS, and ensuring policies are followed to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a management position.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills.
• An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate.
• An ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cooperating with ownership by assisting with anything from project planning/implementation to staff management.
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
• Supervising staff, controlling labor and COGS
