Biscuit Belly Elizabeth in Charlotte, NC seeks an energetic General Manager to lead a fast casual brunch concept focused on high‑quality food, Southern hospitality, and strong guest experiences.

As unit executive, you’ll own strategy, structure, people, and budget, and serve as the brand ambassador while building community ties and guiding a growing restaurant team through a fast paced expansion.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Budgeting, scheduling and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistency in food quality and service.
• Lead, coach, and develop front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory to hit financial targets.
• Act as the ambassador for the Biscuit Belly brand in the community.

General managers have the overall responsibility for all business functions within the restaurant they are the executive of the unit and are responsible for the strategy structure people budget financial outcomes all general managers are the ambassadors for the brand and must have working knowledge of the community culture and events.
