Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer experience and leadership of all staff. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage, cost control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

You will drive financial results while upholding our culture and policies. Responsibilities include directing teams, maintaining compliance, and maintaining menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, including beer, wine and liquor service.
• ServSafe certification.
• Experience managing front-of-house operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to employees to meet operational standards with commitment and passion.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and local laws.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and its preparation.
• Achieve targeted financial results through scheduling, liquor orders, and cost controls.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance for the restaurant.
• Model the company culture and make prudent decisions daily.
• Complete all SOPs and systems in place.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
