Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge seeks a seasoned manager to oversee all aspects of the Fun Center, including laser tag, bowling, ropes course and go-cart track, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences aligned with our Mission and Values.

You will lead operations teams, drive revenue and profitability through program development, guest satisfaction, and safety standards while collaborating with leadership and contractors on capital projects.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field preferred or 4+ years in related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of mid-level management experience.
• Ability to adjust to major changes in work tasks or environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops Team to integrate Attractions with Big Cedar Operations.
• Hire, train, develop, coach and manage leaders and associates.
• Hold regular leadership meetings to promote coordination, growth and communication.
• Inspect areas to observe processes and guest feedback.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to address issues.
• Create programs and branding with Marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure labor and costs meet profit goals.
• Oversee construction projects to meet vision and budget.
• Create budgets and contribute to CAPEX processes.
• Administer resort policies fairly and consistently.
