Job summary

Bass Pro Shops at Ridgedale, MO (Big Cedar Lodge) seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience. You will supervise daily operations, train managers and staff, and ensure service excellence in a resort setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations, while driving guest satisfaction and an outstanding overall experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Managerial experience in food & beverage, resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and all service aspects.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Train managers and staff; conduct daily huddles and meetings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure world-class service.
• Control labor costs to meet budget while maintaining guest experience.
• Manage inventory of FOH supplies and liquor with tight variance control.
