Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Lead meetings to plan, train, and review procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain sales and local store marketing.
• Monitor costs and inventories; analyze profits and adjust actions.
• Create and post labor schedules; manage payroll and staffing changes.
• Maintain cash controls and daily deposits; follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards; uphold brand image.
• Provide leadership, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Use order processing systems and basic computer skills for daily tasks.
