TACO BELL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations and drive exceptional hospitality. You will help ensure quality food, service, and profitability while guiding team members and maintaining standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety practices in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and managing shifts.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation standards, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and equipment to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew members and shift managers, providing guidance and coaching.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to meet customer service needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend actions in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and labor cost reports to identify improvement opportunities.
