Job summary

TACO BELL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, shift leadership, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will lead teams, uphold food safety standards, and help achieve financial targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing, staffing, training, cash handling, and maintaining compliance with health/safety regulations while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and managing shifts.
• Team Management and Development: supervise and train crew and shift managers, provide coaching.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Financial Management: monitor sales/expenses, control costs, and analyze reports to improve performance.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: manage inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance and conduct audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with manager, staff, and HQ to share updates and metrics.
