Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, ensuring fast, friendly service and high food quality. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and shift leads, and help meet financial targets while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hospitality management or related degree is preferred.
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers, provide guidance and coaching.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing restaurant finances, including sales, expenses, and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage and freshness.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed and audits are passed.
• Communicate operational updates and collaborate with staff and corporate headquarters.
