Job summary

Potomac Family Dining Group (Applebee's Franchisee) is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front and back of house during assigned shifts. You will ensure timely, friendly service, uphold brand standards, and coach Team Members toward goals.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory, safety, and fostering teamwork to meet sales and guest-experience targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1–2 years guest service experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Progression towards growing sales and managing a Profit & Loss Statement.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle difficult guest interactions.
• 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing Restaurant Environment during scheduled shifts with discretionary decision making.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and high-quality guest experience.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures during assigned shifts.
• Manages Front of the House and Back of House operations to meet demands.
• Develops Team Leads and Team Members for growth within the company.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and compliance with company policy.
