Job summary

Potomac Family Dining Group (Applebee’s Franchisee) seeks a restaurant leader to guide daily operations and uphold company standards. You will supervise front and back of house teams, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure a safe, clean dining environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and staff development to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in casual dining.
• Ability to manage a Profit & Loss statement progression and demonstrate sales growth.
• English reading/writing and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant environment during shifts with discretionary decisions.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee front and back of house operations during shifts.
• Open/close procedures and oversee safety, sanitation, and standards.
• Develop and mentor Team Leads and Team Members for growth.
