Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Las Vegas to lead a team of 15–20 crew members during assigned shifts, ensuring great dining experiences and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment, coaching, operating plan execution, and collaboration with the General Manager to manage costs, growth initiatives, and compliance. Must work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays as schedules rotate.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant/hospitality/retail management experience.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to work 50–55 hour weeks, including weekends and holidays.

• Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure proper execution of shift operations.
