Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Kittery, Maine, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and partner with the management team to uphold Circle K standards. The RAM will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

This role requires full-time availability, strong guest service, and a proactive approach to teamwork and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full time availability across all hours of operation; pre-opening and post-closing 1 hour.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid state Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; ensure brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping; assign shift duties.
• Direct food prep and service per regulations and standards.
• Manage cash, sales, inventory records; end-of-shift paperwork.
• Ensure safety and compliance; support RM with reports.
