The RAM leads and coaches Team Members, ensures food safety, and helps with administrative duties when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable. A strong focus on teamwork and compliance with brand policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Ensure food safety and comply with brand, company and health regulations.
• Train and share product knowledge with the team.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, and inventory records.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork; report discrepancies.
• In RM absence, handle daily/weekly/period paperwork and counts.
• Guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Work with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
