Circle K in Kittery, ME seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise the team in the RM's absence, and uphold brand standards so guests leave satisfied. You will coach team members, conduct interviews, manage cash and inventory, ensure food safety, and partner with the RM to meet financial and operational metrics while living Circle K values.

This role requires full-time availability, valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team and ensures food items meet Brand and health standards.
• Coaches team on food prep and production management.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes shift reports.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and counts.
• Guards safety and follows government laws and safety codes.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
