Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill in Grimes, IA seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure brand standards, customer satisfaction, speed of service, and food quality. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; plan schedules; and manage financials including cash handling and inventories.
