Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill in Ankeny, IA seeks a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, monitor food safety, train and supervise staff, manage scheduling and cash handling, and partner with owner/franchise to meet service standards.

You will supervise 3 to 10 employees per shift, maintain cleanliness, control inventory, address customer concerns, and uphold company policies. Health insurance and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising restaurant staff.
• Ability to schedule and manage labor and payroll.
• Familiarity with cash handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise restaurant operations to meet standards for service, food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Train, motivate and evaluate staff; schedule shifts and monitor attendance.
• Monitor inventory, portion controls, and daily cash handling.
• Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure compliance with policies.
