Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead daily restaurant activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company standards for food safety, service speed, and quality. Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the operations of a restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including customer satisfaction, speed of service, food production and sanitation policies.
• Supervises a staff of 3 to 10 employees per shift, assigns tasks and monitors completion.
• Monitors quality of prep, menu items, safety, sanitation, and portion controls to meet established standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and resolves to the customer's satisfaction.
• Markets the restaurant within the neighborhood and community to increase brand awareness.
