Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to direct daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through effective leadership and efficient service.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor safety and sanitation, manage labor and costs, and ensure accurate cash handling while delivering a friendly, quick-service experience. You will also lead community marketing efforts and ensure timely reporting to ownership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises restaurant operations to meet company standards.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; schedule and monitor attendance.
• Forecast labor needs, schedule to meet demand, and manage costs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Manage cash handling and financial accountability.
• Market the restaurant within the neighborhood and community.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork and reports.
