Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Operations Manager in Mission, TX to support the Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence while upholding the brand’s standards and culture. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership of daily restaurant operations and crew deployment to deliver top customer service.

The position requires 3+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in operational excellence.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers.
• Authorises employee functions requiring manager approval (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
