Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Texas to lead key restaurant operations and support the General Manager in delivering top performance. You will supervise training, food safety, inventory, and staff scheduling to ensure exceptional guest experiences and business results.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Strong customer service and support focus; ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas.
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing key service areas.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe, efficient operations.
