McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Texas. You will drive profitability, uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and coach a team of Department and Shift Managers to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick service or hospitality, are 18+, and are committed to development, scheduling, and guest satisfaction. The role offers benefits and opportunities through Archways to Opportunity and other programs.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers to set and achieve goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
