McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead key restaurant operations, driving performance through training, food safety, inventory management and guest satisfaction, in close collaboration with the General Manager.

You will mentor and develop team members, hire and schedule staff, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Effective communication and anticipating customer needs; and
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Delegate tasks and report results to improve performance.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals in kitchen, people and service.
• Supervise kitchen quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure a memorable guest experience through organized service areas.
