Responsibilities

• Lead training and internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Support General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure a memorable guest experience by organizing key service areas and maintaining safety.
