Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to drive financial and operational performance by empowering and engaging the team. You will own the store culture, ensure superior customer service, and uphold Pizza Hut brand standards while managing P&L, inventory, scheduling, and safety protocols.

The role requires ServSafe certification, MSM Course 10, and strong leadership with the ability to build a high-performing team and partners with the District to grow sales and community

Qualifications

• ServSafe certified or certified equivalent.
• MSM Course 10 required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and store operations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hire, train and build a bench of shift leaders and team members.
• Maintain customer service standards and store culture.
• Manage store inventory, scheduling, and forecasting.
