Job summary

Wingstop is hiring an Assistant Manager in Wildomar, CA. You will support the General Manager, lead shifts, and coach crew members while ensuring top-notch guest service and quality standards. This hourly role participates in front-of-house and back-of-house operations and drives a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, daily operations, cash handling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling and non-exempt status with overtime eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated teamwork and accountability across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, stock management.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Step into operational roles as needed to support the team.
• Help drive performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
