Sizzling Platter LLC, the Wingstop location in Oakdale, CA, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, and onboarding, while ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role involves cash handling, inventory tasks, and facilitating a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and assist with opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and direct team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to crew members and shift leads.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
