CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to execute store plans, manage budgets, forecasts, and develop Team Members. You will drive high service standards, profitability, and a positive work environment.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance feedback while upholding CAVA’s mission, values, and hospitality excellence across shifts and aby travel as needed.

Formación

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financials.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Generous and friendly demeanor; inclusive culture

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with addressing Team Member issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team to follow suit.
