Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an AGM to support the RGM in daily restaurant operations, sales planning and staff development during assigned shifts. The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on coaching, and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.

You will work with the RGM to implement training, manage labour and inventory, and communicate action plans to the team to drive margins and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members and coach for operational excellence.
• Perform hands-on operational work to train employees and role-model skills.
• Manage labour, inventory and supplies and develop the restaurant team.
• Supervise staff and coordinate their work to improve margins and sales growth.
• Assist in financial planning and prepare action plans to address in-store issues.
• Support RGM with staffing, safety compliance, and local marketing efforts.
