America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the RGM in sales and profit planning, train Team Members, and learn all restaurant operations for future advancement.

During a shift, the AGM provides leadership to Shift Leaders and Team Members, performs hands-on operations, coaches staff, manages labor and inventory, analyzes sales and controllables, and helps develop action plans and local marketing.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for the restaurant team, coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.
• Direct hands-on operational work to train employees and model skills.
• Assist in labor, inventory counting, ordering, and staffing planning.
• Analyze sales and controllables to meet daily/weekly margin and sales targets.
• Support RGM in preparing financial plans and local marketing activities.
• Ensure safety, health codes, and company policies are followed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and franchise contacts.
• Train and develop Team Members and managers; provide feedback and support.
