Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP operates a Taco Bell unit and seeks an Assistant General Manager to cover operating hours, supervise staff, and improve service quality. You will train crew, handle guest needs, and model strong performance to ensure clean, fast, accurate service while maintaining safety standards.

The AGM role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, coaching, and daily oversight of operations to meet profitability and guest satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after completing training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and give change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and coach team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees during onboarding.
• Ensure safety and report issues to management and HR.
