Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee staff schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Hire and train restaurant staff.
• Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies.
• Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment for health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedule service.
• Maintain sales records and cash receipts.
• Prepare and submit operations reports for the F&B Director.
