Qualifications

• Shift management experience or leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to hire, onboard, train, and develop team members and delivery drivers.
• Experience with coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions up to termination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, supervise in-store team members and delivery drivers.
• Recruit staffing and ensure adequate staffing levels for projected sales.
• Orient and train new team members to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Document performance issues and take disciplinary action when needed.
• Contribute to sales goals through customer service excellence and cash controls.
